1 1/2 ounces gin, such as Hendrick’s
1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
5 cucumber slices, divided
2 sugar cubes
Rosemary sprig for garnish
Combine gin, lime juice, 4 cucumber slices, sugar cubes and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice. (To make a crushed ice, use a hammer to smash ice cubes between two kitchen towels.)
Strain cocktail into rocks glass with crushed ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with remaining cucumber slice and rosemary spring.
Yield: 1 serving.
